Terms of Service

ClipForge is a tool that turns long videos into short clips and lets creators publish those clips to their own connected social accounts, including TikTok. By using ClipForge you agree to these terms.

1. Your account and content

When you connect a TikTok account, any clip you publish is posted through your own TikTok account, using the permissions you granted. You are solely responsible for the content you create, edit, and publish, and for ensuring you hold the rights to any source material, music, and footage it contains.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClipForge to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Developer/Platform terms. Your use of TikTok content and the TikTok platform remains subject to TikTok's own policies.

3. Service provided "as is"

ClipForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including failed or delayed posts.

4. Changes
